These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Kairi Command (the "Service"), operated by Kairi Vex Enterprises ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.
Kairi Command is a suite of AI-powered marketing tools that generate content, strategy, and assets based on information you provide (your business profile, niche, avatar, voice, and any content you import into your Story Bank). Output is generated by third-party AI models and is provided as a starting point for your own review, judgment, and use, not as guaranteed, final, or professionally vetted advice.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share your account or resell access to the Service.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, unless otherwise stated at checkout) through our payment processor, Whop. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
Founding 50 members are locked in at their founding rate for as long as their subscription remains active without a cancellation gap. Pricing for new members may change at any time; existing active subscribers keep their rate under the terms in effect when they joined.
You can cancel anytime from your account or by contacting us; cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund the current billing period except as described below.
If you're not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment. To request one, contact us at fiona.whey@gmail.com. Refunds are not available for renewal payments after the first 30 days, but you're always free to cancel to stop future charges.
Founding 50 members get an extended guarantee for the 8-week founding cohort: if you're not satisfied any time up through your second payment, we'll refund both payments in full, not just the first. This covers the full length of the cohort, not just its first month. Same contact process as above.
These windows apply to your payments as a new subscriber. We may adjust this policy for future members as the Service evolves; any change applies only to subscriptions started after the change, under Section 10 below.
You own everything you write, upload, or import into Kairi Command, including your Story Bank content. We use it only to power the Service for you (for example, so an agent can retrieve and reference your own past writing). We do not sell your content or use it to train AI models on anyone else's behalf.
You agree not to use the Service to generate or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, or deliberately misleading content, to impersonate others, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.
Content generated by Kairi Command's agents is AI-assisted. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you publish, send, or act on it, including for factual accuracy, legal compliance in your industry, and platform-specific rules (for example, advertising or health/financial claim regulations that may apply to your business).
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kairi Vex Enterprises is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its output.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR PROVINCE/STATE, COUNTRY], without regard to conflict of law principles.
