This Privacy Policy explains what information Kairi Command (operated by Kairi Vex Enterprises, "we," "us," "our") collects, how we use it, and who we share it with.

1. Information We Collect

• Account info: name, email address, and login credentials.
• Business profile data: what you tell us during onboarding — your niche, target audience/avatar, brand voice, offers, and goals.
• Story Bank content: any writing, posts, or content you import or upload for agents to reference.
• Conversations: your chat history with our AI agents, stored so agents can maintain context across sessions.
• Payment info: subscription and billing details are handled entirely by our payment processor, Whop. We never see or store your full card number.
• Voice recordings (if used): audio you provide for voice-cloning features, and speech-to-text audio sent for transcription.

2. How We Use It

• To operate and personalize the Service — agents use your profile and Story Bank so their output sounds like you and fits your business.
• To communicate with you — onboarding, support, and product emails.
• To improve the Service — identifying and fixing bugs, understanding usage patterns.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your content to train AI models for other users.

3. Who We Share It With

We use trusted third-party services to run Kairi Command. Each processes only what's needed to perform its function:

We do not share your data with anyone else for their own marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention & Your Rights

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can request a copy of your data or request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below. We'll complete deletion requests within a reasonable time, except where we're required to retain certain records (e.g., billing history) by law.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

Kairi Command uses browser local storage and session tokens to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures (encrypted connections, access controls) to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute protection against all threats.

7. Children's Privacy

Kairi Command is intended for business use by adults. It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 18.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
